启明星辰发行价为25元/股，对应市盈率58.97倍。公司本次发行数量为2,500万股，发行后总股本为9,875.91万股。拟共募集资金6.25亿元，资金将主要用于“全系列UTM产品项目”等六个项目的建设。
根据清科数据库数据显示，启明星辰曾于2008年2月获得KPCB和联创策源逾1000万美元的联合投资。目前KPCB合伙人周炜在启明星辰公司董事会任职。
