I managed to come across your details on a Facebook Investor group.  I've recently been added to your Facebook profile as well. 
 
I have a major oil importer who has already issued the BCL to my mandate source. The buyer is prepared to spend 1B dollars a month on JP54, but nobody I've been in touch with so far, can perform. This is very simple. The buyer needs the following details below. Find me a serious Oil supplier/seller and we can certainly do business, if it's within your reach.
 
I would also like to remind you that in this business, there can be too many loopholes such as shady identities, lengthy broker/intermediary chains, or even false claims of having a product when in fact, many of them have never closed a transaction, henceforth, my source has zero tolerance for such complexities.  They would like to deal with a s! ource who's professional and genuine.

Copy of Approval to Export, Issued by the Ministry of Justice
Copy of Statement of Availability of the Product
Copy of the Refinery Commitment to Produce the Product
Copy of Contract to Transport the Product to the Port
Copy of Port of Storage Agreement
Copy of the Charter Party Agreement to Transport the Product to Discharge Port
Copy of Notarized & Registered Hard Copies of Contract with Necessary Authorities
