Hi, Tan. My business partner (a former VC) and I are currently in the process of raising $250,000-$600,000 to complete the acquisition of a profitable, well established business. It's a popular music company, a social network, that averages $150,000/year net profit. We can pay back a loan or offer our investors equity in the company. The company has a pre-money valuation is $2MM. Our exit strategy is to grow the company into a $20MM company and be acquired by a larger media company in 3-5 years (a 10x return to investors). Or, like I said, we can pay back a loan, with interest. We have an Executive Summary, Business Plan, PPT, and full financials.
