Cherita Johnson-Morrow - (consultant for education resources) - Holds Several Masters degrees in Education. Has served in School Administration for 15 years.
Eugene Khitrik (Considered for Marketing Director) - Holds B.S. in Marketing as well as MBA from University at Buffalo. Currently holds a marketing management position at Fisher Price.
Kimberly Hart (Marketing consultant) - Holds media arts degree is currently the Managing Director of All around Photography in Buffalo NY.
Aparna Rawel (Marketing Consultant) - Holds Degree in Media Arts.. Currently operating a production comapany in India and England. Aparna has served as an events marketer for several of her companies putting together fasion shows as well as marketing her media products. Aparna is also an achomplished graphic artist and has supplied several Buffalo based businesses with her work.
Mark Long (Business Consultant) - Mark Long comes to us having 29 years experince in Financial product sales serving 26 of those years as owner and operator an indepent insurance agency. He is currently in the process of developing a Brokrage firm with several other partner. His experince in business and sales is invaluable and he has agreed to supply his services free of charge.
For the time being that is all of them however I feel it should be noted that Aparna has under her employ an entire marketing team that this company will have access to at times. Since this marketing team resides in England I am not familar with each of their particular talents

You may not know it but you just said a mouthful. Their are two education plans at work in the business I have planned the first is an agent education plan where we will provide basic and advanced sales training as well as complete information on how our product operates. In addition to this we will also offer an elementary eduction on investment markets and Investment products that are currently on the market (i.e. 401k, 401a, 403b, IRAs, Roth IRAs, SEP IRAs, Keough plans etc.) all this is to be done via webinar series specifically for agents. Since their is no required licensing to become an agent for this particular kind of investment I feel education is key to an agent's development and success.
The second education plan is one disigned speciffically for clients. In this plan we provide a complete understanding of our investment product specifically detailing how profits are made. We will also offer simplfied understanding of investment markets (example of this below)
"Shoping in an investment market, without doing the research behind each company you are investing in, is much like shopping in supermarket full of unmarked brown boxs. You won't what you have or if you over or under paid for until you get home. You might walk away with a fine bottle of wine that will increase in value with each passing year or could end up with some stale bread that only going to get moldy."
The cleint education portion will also include a section on reactions to market movement and how they a designed to leave the majority of investors behind. Such as the phrase heard around most brokrage houses I have been to "Be greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy."
There a many more specifics that I could go into but I beleive this should provide you with a good understanding of what we offer.
