RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
On a day-to-day basis, the individual will initially be responsible for screening fund investment opportunities, attending presentations by prospective fund GPs, evaluating the trajectory of unrealized portfolio companies through research and due diligence calls with portfolio CEOs and co-investors, evaluating partnership agreements, monitoring investment performance and undertaking general industry analysis. Over time, Associates will be expected to take a leadership role in analysis of specific investment opportunities and will build direct relationships with the fund management teams in the portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience (e.g. private equity, management consulting, investment banking, investment management or small company/ entrepreneurial)
- BA from a top tier undergraduate program
- Self-starter and a leader with the ability to motivate others
- He/she should also have strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
