2003:to-2008:
Founder of XID, creates the management team and the board of advisors, raises the fund, provides the guidance, recruits talented individuals, and create the team spirit and company cultures. Acts as CEO for the overall management and leadership and acts as CTO for the overall R&D roadmap.
1997-2003: Member and Associate research staff, Singapore, Institute for Infocomm Research. Project leader funded by MITI, Japan, for the development of face recognition system for mobile robot, in collaboration with Electrotechnical Laboratory, Tsukuba, Japan.
1994-1997: Researcher (Computer vision and pattern recognition) at the Institut Geographique National, Paris, France. Development of an automatic geographic map reading systems.
